A few weeks ago when these guys were in town, we had a long, drawn out debate amongst ourselves.
With just a few weeks before the election and many political topics on people's minds, we could have debated about the economy, taxes, social issues, health insurance, etc--you get it, the list is mind-numbingly endless.
But instead, we discussed for nearly an hour the best/worst candy.
There were many contenders for best, but we pretty much all agreed on the worsts--Boston Baked Beans, those generic Halloween chewy candies wrapped in what looks like orange or black wax paper, and the Charleston Chew were among our worsts.
Since we went to two Halloween festivals AND trick-or-treated, we received more than our fair share of candy. Too much. I told Landry after we got home from trick-or-treating that I was going to start throwing some of it out--even though she suggested we have a "candy sale".
So far, I've thrown out the nasty chewy wax paper thingies, the SpongeBob crabby patties, the Runts, and some other nameless generic stuff.
However, there is one particular candy that I just can't seem to part with.....it's the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup.
I just can't do it. They're so stinkin' good. I can't throw such candy perfection away.
So there. There's my answer. Reese's PB Cup is my all-time favorite candy.

It is a tie between Reece's Peanut Butter Cup and Butterfingers. I actually waited to open up our Butterfinger candy bag until the end of Halloween. Ooops! No more trick-or-treaters! Now, they are happily at home in my pantry. It is wrong to humanize candy? Just checking...

I must take issue with you. Peanut Butter Cups cannot hold a candle to Baby Ruth's. I could eat my entire weight in Baby Ruth's! Wait...maybe I already have done that. FRIGHTENING THOUGHT!

Milk Duds, Milk Duds, Milk Duds...They are so hard to eat and yet I keep going back for more.
It's snickers at our house. I have got to stop eating the dadgum snickers.
Those crabby patty things are just wrong. Yuck. And tootsie rolls are always the first thing in the trash at our house.
I'm a dark chocolate Milky Way kinda girl...and very fond of the Kit Kats these days.
You threw out the Runts? Really?? I love those things!! I've read over your other comments, and I can't believe some of the other responses...I LOVE MARY JANES!!
My favorite candy...it's a tossup between Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and Snickers...just depends on my mood.
