Landry is TEN!!!

Landry turned TEN on January 29!

TEN!!  Double digits!  A whole decade old!

When I stop and think about it, it still doesn't seem possible!  How is this tiny little newborn now a ten-year-old young lady?!

Her birthday fell on a Sunday, but we celebrated the day before with a few of Landry's friends.  Instead of a party, she chose to invite 3 friends to go ice skating with her, then to Main Event, and then to sleepover at our house.  She is fortunate to have great friends that get along so well and can be together with no "girl drama"!

We first went ice skating in Arlington.  I could not get a picture of the four of them looking at the camera--this was the best we got.

Jeff and Korley skated, too!  Me and my super pregnant self stayed safely on the sides and took pictures. :)

I didn't get any pictures from the rest of the day.  We went to Main Event to play games and Laser Tag and then the girls sat in the hot tub for a while at our house and  played Dance Party on the Kinect.  They had a great time!

The following day was her actual birthday, and we went to Pop Pop and Gigi's that evening to celebrate with my side of the family.

Gigi made her chocolate sheet cake that Landry loves and since Landry has a rubber duck "collection", Gigi decorated it with different kinds of rubber ducks!

Lulu and Landry

Landry and Buzzy.  They were playing the card game "liar".  Landry was really studying his face to try and determine if he was lying or not......this was the first card played.

We had a great steak and potato dinner (Landry's choice!)--Lulu and Jeff were banished to the TV trays. :)

Time for candles and cake!  If it looks like Korley is up to no good.....

well.......

always trying to "help".

Landry is always so good about really reading every card she receives.

She got a lot of great stuff--including a new basketball goal for our driveway!  :)

Me and my baby.....

I am so proud of the young lady Landry has become.  She is beautiful inside and outside.  She is smart, kind, funny, fun, a great friend to others and so much more!  I am so blessed to have been her momma these past ten years!!
