Fall Festival

Since Korley has a cowgirl, bumblebee, and witch costume to choose from this Halloween, I thought I would post pics from our fall festival from last week since I don't know if she'll want to go as a cowgirl tonight.

Last Friday night we went to the elementary school's fall festival. I was quite impressed with the whole thing. It was so well organized and there was LOTS to do for the kids. Almost every classroom had a game, and the gym was set up with several different bounce houses.

Here is my best attempt of getting a pic of the two of them together.

Because here was my first attempt. I knelt down to take a pic of the kids and they crouched down as well--not what I had in mind.

The gym set up with inflatables.

Landry and Korley participated in the cake walk. For whatever reason, the kids loved this. Who knew walking in a giant circle would be so fun!

And, Landry finally won! There were dozens of fantastic looking cakes, cupcakes, brownies, etc to choose from.

But, Landry insisted on this......plain ole chocolate chip cookies. BORRRRRRRING!

What precious cowgirls you have there! Being in West Texas they should get to wear those outfits often:-) The carnival looks like it was a blast. Glad to see you are all doing well.

What could possibly be boring about chocolate chip cookies? The girls look so cute in their cowgirl outfits! Happy Halloween!

Yes, boring but the real question is did you let her eat them? I'm the neurotic mom that makes my kids throw all things from the cake walk away, since you have no idea where they came from.

Ths girls make very cute little cowgirls. I love Korley's pig tails.
