Then, I did the unthinkable.
Someone before me had left some clothes in the dressing room. She was a size 4. Out of curiousity (stupidity) I decided to see how close I could get to buttoning the pants. Failed experiment. Buttoning the pants?? Are you kidding?? I couldn't even pull them up to my upper thigh! Why would I put myself through that torture?!?!
Actually, I could buttom them very nicely around my knees. And, per most of the kids that hang out at the mall (mall rats) apparently it's cool to walk around with your pant waist at your knees. So, theoretically, for this trend I am a size 4. :)

Below are the first portrait pictures of Landry and Korley together. They are cute, but probably won't go down as my favorite all time pictures. I had intended to take some of Korley by herself for her 3-month, but by the time we got to her by herself, she was DONE. As you can see from the third picture she was already growing weary of the event. She was getting mad because they kept positioning her on her stomach and resting her chin on her fist and she wanted to suck on her fist! We'll have to give it another shot at a later date.

First of all, you just had a baby three months ago, so it's OK if last year's "fat pants" are a little snug this year. You'll lose the weight.
Secondly, why oh why would you do that to yourself (trying on the size 4). I consider myself to be a pretty thin girl, and I can't even get size 4s much past my knees...I'm actually sure of this b/c I recently found a pair of size 4s on super duper clearance and decided I'd try them...uh no...not even close. I bought some size 9s a couple of days ago and even they are tight.
Lastly, your girls are so cute.
Thanks, Chas....my girls are cute and worth every packed on pound!
I don't know why I did that. I guess I have never tried on anything with a 4 and thought to myself "how small can it possibly be"?....too small!!!
Those are SOOO cute...we try and try to get a good picture of the boys together in a studio...never much luck though.
