Flashback....

A couple of weeks ago, Landry attended Kids Kamp (VBS) at the chuch in Ft Worth we've been visiting.  My sweet friend, Sarah, drove her to and from every day.  Landry had a blast at Kids Kamp!  Friday night was the Kids Kamp wrap-up and the whole family was invited.  They had the Power Team (strong dudes) perform, which is always a crowd pleaser.  Lots of bending metal, breaking bricks, tearing phone books, and rolling up a frying pan like a burrito.  There are many ways to spread the gospel--breaking a wood bat over your knee is one of them.  :)

Afterward, we were letting the kids run around in the parking garage (yep, we're fun parents) and I wanted to take a pic of all of the Lowry and Edwards kids.  Emily wasn't having it, David was hiding behind Korley, and Korley--the *poser* that she is--was doing her best Power Team impression. 

Still flexing.  Landry joined in this time.  Lauren is looking at Korley like she's lost it, I think David might be flexing his leg??  and, poor Emily, she's ready to GO!

The following day, our friends, the Schwertners, came to visit us at our home.  We packed in a lot of hours Saturday evening and Sunday morning/afternoon doing nothing but swimming.

The four of them played so well together all weekend.  We were so glad they came to visit!
