There's some good news and some bad news.
Let's start with the good!
The first good--since I last posted, I won a blog makeover from my friend Traci at Sweet Cheeky Designs!! Woohoo! Traci designed my current blog, which I have loved, and I'm looking forward to working with her again on my new look!
The second good--we had several friends in town this past weekend which was a lot of fun. I love having weekend company. My sister and her friend, Kenli, were here as well. We hadn't seen Linds in what seems like forever, so it was great having her here. My kids REALLY enjoyed having their Aunt Lulu here for a few days.
The bad (and the ugly)--All of our out of town guests were here for the A&M/Tech game. That's really all I have to say about that. :(
But, we did have fun together and it was great catching up with friends. :)

I have no idea what the score was at this point, but I do know there was no reason we really should have been smiling!

It was SO fun! I had a great weekend and keep replaying everything over in my head--from picking the girls up, to the funny Friday night and all day Saturday! SO much fun despite the loss. Thanks for hosting and for ALL that yall did. Now, send me the pictures...

OH MY GOSH! I'm still not over that horrible game! YUCK! I did want to say that you have fabulous taste and I love your shirt :)
Also, I'm happy you won a new blog design, but mad that you are so darn speedy at adding the blinkie that you beat me, so I didn't win!
Just so you know, I have loved your current blog design. I know you probably think it needs an update, but I will be sad to see it change. Traci, I looked through your portfolio and your designs are wonderful; wish I shared your talent.
So sorry about the Tech game, but I only heard great things about the weekend fun! What great hosts you and Jeff are!

I am so bummed we did not get to come again!! One day soon we will suprise you guys and really come. We miss you guys. Guess it was good we did not go since we got the call Sunday morning that Luke was sick and it ended up being the swine flu.
