Some Other Stuff

I'm going with bullet points again. :)

**Jeff and Landry went dove hunting the other night at our friends, the Cagle's, land. She didn't do any shooting (thankfully)--she and Jake served as the retrievers. Who needs bird dogs??

This is typical Landry-- book in one hand and a dead bird in the other (hard to see but it's in her left hand).

Landry also got to meet the Cagles new colt.....
To say she was in hog heaven would be a slight understatement....
**Yesterday was Korley's class field trip to a pumpkin patch. Jeff and I went as well and Korley enjoyed showing off in front of all of her friends. We enjoyed the antics of ten three-year-olds! The kids played amongst the pumpkins for a while and then went inside the church to hear some pumpkin stories.
Here, Korley is showing her class how she climbs daddy and does a back flip. No one was more impressed with this than Korley herself.

Jeff and I learned something on this field trip. See this precious child here with Korley? Well, according to Korley this girl is her best friend. But also? She's the main reason Korley has been getting in as much trouble as she's been getting into at school.--Realistically, I'm sure her momma is saying the same thing about Korley, but let me put it this way....these two together are T-R-O-U-B-L-E!!!

Cute pictures. I can't believe Landry would hold the bird! She is much tougher than I am!

Love the pumpkin patch. Sorry about the trouble Korley and her friend get into. If it is any consolation, Caroline has a friend just like that.

Landry is going to be like me... my role in bird hunting was (1) taking photos of my dad and his dog, and (2) having to clean what dad had killed.

Great pictures of the girls. Your 2 sounds just like my two. What is it with the youngest wanting all the attention.
