I forgot to mention in my last post that last week that.....
out of all of the 150 second graders in Landry's school.....
who were all required to try out.....
that she was one of four kids to make the UIL storytelling team.
Of course, we're extremely proud of her.
But, once we heard the purpose of the competition--the kids are read a story and then have to repeat the details of the story the best they can remember--we knew there has never been a more perfect competition designed for Landry.
Goooooooooooo Storytellers!!

Very cool. What a great attribute. Everyone loves someone that can tell a story. Way to go Landry.
Yea Landry! So neat! I was a storyteller too way back in Elem School.
Me too! Storytelling, 3rd grade,
5th place. You would have thought I had won the Miss America pageant. She is very expressive, and she will be great!
Landry is such a great listener! You are right; this competition was made for her! Yea Landry!!
