Wow! It's hard to believe, but Korley is ONE today!!
This year has gone by so quickly (and yet so slow in some ways...i.e. sleeping!!).
Here's a little about Korley at one:
*She's not yet walking on her own, but will walk alongside a couch or table. However, she can crawl FAST!
*She's way more curious than Landry was at this age. She wants to know what's in every drawer, what's in the trash can, what's behind every door.
*We recently got her a new toddler swing for the outside swingset which she LOVES! She giggles and giggles when she first gets swinging! So cute!
*She has 8 teeth right now and is cutting two more.
*She HATES sippy cups--ugh!
*She still likes her paci.
*She still prefers to be sleeping right up next to someone and cuddling; however, we are making progress on getting her to sleep in her own bed.
*She LOVES to clap and does some major applauding many times throughout the day!
*She thinks Elmo is funny!
*She doesn't like for anyone to leave the room--when they do, she cries. :(
*She can turn her tongue in so many directions. It's amazing. She can turn it completely upside down!
*She has the prettiest eyes I have ever seen. She has dark blue eyes and these long eyelashes that extend into tomorrow!
*She LOVES her big sister, Landry. She gets so excited to see her every morning. Still, no one can make her laugh like Landry can!

In answer to your question on my blog. I just started Nineteen Minutes and it is pretty good so far. I have read all her books and none of them are as good as My Sister's Keeper.
