I was tagged by my blog friend, Holly, to name 5 Things that I have never revealed on this blog. Since I'm not one to turn down a dare (or tag!) here goes:
* I would like to learn to sew. I don't really care to make my clothes or anything, but I would like to maybe make some window treatments or something like that. Jami--you're going to teach me, right?!?!?
* Like Holly, I have NO talents. Seriously, nothing. Can't sing, can't dance, can't garden, can't cook, can't sew (yet).
* Unless you count my unbelievable ability in "rhythm". Yep--rhythm. I took one of those aptitude tests when I graduated high school to see what I was "good in". I was pretty average in everything, except I was totally off the charts in rhythm. Unfortunately, there's not a whole lot of work out there for foot tapping.
* I wish more of my friends would comment when they read my blog. :) Delurk, people! No one can see you!!!
* I have sat here for about 5 minutes trying to think of something for #5 and can't think of ANYTHING, so I'm done. How boring am I???

Your Dad and your Mom, unbiased as we are, think you write really well, and you are funnnnny! We think that is a talent! We also think that it is no accident that you have remarkably, well-behaved, intelligent children. Good parenting is not accident; it's a talent! At least you have rhythm; my children constantly remind me that I have none!
I completely agree with your sweet, wise parents on all counts! And rhythm is a huge talent to those who have little or none.
Yay, I am glad to have someone to share my talentlessness! We should start a club.
I love to sew, just wish I had more time to do it. I actually have about 5 skirts waiting to be cut and sewn and hemmed.
Rhythm? Can you share some? I have none, zilch, zero.
I loved your list and was thinking about you as Corley turned one! It went WAY to fast, didn't it?!?!?!
