Jeff and I leave tomorrow for Vegas! As excited as I am to go to Vegas, I have to admit that I am actually more excited to be taking a break from cleaning up vomit and dirty bottoms for a few days (yes, the Rotavirus ended up hitting the rest of the house --except me--it was the worst friggin' virus!) Landry and Korley will be staying with PopPop and Gigi. PopPop and Gigi rule!
What is it with men? Jeff came home today during his hour long lunch break and not only ate lunch, but packed his suitcase for the entire trip. Me--I took the whole day off work today to pack. Granted, somehow it's always the mom's responsibility to make sure everybody has everything they need for the time that you'll be away (bottles cleaned and packed, diapers, medicines, pajamas, outfits, etc), but still, it never ceases to amaze me how fast guys can get ready.
Anyway, until next week....
