I'm so glad it's Friday. This has been a busy and exhausting week!
Monday.....work, cleaning, grocery store. I DESPISE the grocery store. I REALLY hate grocery shopping. (But, yes, I realize how fortunate and blessed I am to have the luxury of going to a supermarket and being able to buy the things I need.....)
Tuesday.....work, Valentine's Day errands, V-Day cooking, then V-Day cooking clean-up. We stayed in and had yummy STEAKS with baked potatoes and Elizabeth's "snip it salad". Mmmmmm! And, Jeff got me a new Mommy bracelet with Korley's name added to it. Love it!
Wednesday....NO work (woohoo), got baby stuff organized ALL day. It was fun going through all of Landry's old stuff and pulling out things we could use. And, I organized Landry's closet, dresser, and chest of drawers, too. What I thought would be an hour or hour and a half task turned into a MANY hour project. But, it's done and my neurotic-nesting-self is happy!
Thursday....work, grocery store, pick up Landry, feed Landry, cook something for small group, take Landry to church, go to small group. And then, of course, watch Dancing with the Stars when I get home. ;)
So, now it's FRIDAY!!!! YEA! On tap for the weekend is painting the baby's room. I can't wait till this baby's born so I can relax. (HA!)

Landry update:
Monsters are back in the closet this week. Ugh!!
She has a crush on a boy in her class, Asher. After she put her cute Valentine's Day outfit on she said, "Do you think Asher will like my dress?" Unfortunately, according to Landry, he's still going to marry Aubrey. .......Where is this coming from???? She's FOUR!!
Landry refers to her Sunday School teachers her "God teachers". Appropriate.
On the way to the church last night she and I were talking about God. She asked where he lived and I said "in our hearts." Then she asked if he gets blood on him. Ummmmmm........
Have a great weekend!!

Landry sounds like a super-smart little girl. I would like to get her and Kylie together. They could talk about all the states and where they are located and then she could give Kylie some insight on boys! Ha-Ha!
What color is Korley's room going to be?
It has been an exhausting week! I am glad it is over.
Total small world - I met your sister on Friday!! Crazy... I work at ACU, and she came up here to visit some friends. She was like, "I think my sister reads your blog."
So crazy!
Traci, we should get our girls together. That would be fun! We should have a "blogger" get-together for the people in the Metroplex.--Korley's room is pink. Super pink. More pink than I thought it would be. I'll post pictures once I get everything else set up in her room.
Leslie, how neat! I knew you and she had common friends. I could tell from your blog links that they were names of people I recognized from Lindsay. Small world!
Absolutely! I am always in McKinney. Kylie needs a friend that is outgoing and fun.
Love the pink! Can't wait to see the pictures!
