I was reading a gal's blog today (not someone I personally know.....only through blogosphere) and it got me thinking about all of the shows I watch that I probably shouldn't. All of these are shows that aren't "good" and I know that but for some reason I get hooked and have to tune in. These are the ones my husband refuses to watch with me......and I don't want him to. I would rather watch them in peace than have to listen to the grunts, groans, and sighs coming from the la-z-boy.
Here are a few of them in no particular order.
1) Laguna Beach (THESE are teenagers? Girls, quit fighting over Jason. So not worth it!)
2) My Super Sweet Sixteen (what brats!!)
3) Real World/The Gauntlet/The Inferno ( I can't explain it)
4) Newlyweds (who doesn't love this?)
.....anyone notice an MTV theme here.........
5) Surreal Life (these people are train wrecks)
6) Bachelor (please come back!)
7) Days of our Lives (we're approching 40th anniversary!)
8) Saved by the Bell (classic)
9) Cheaters (this is the one I'm most ashamed of :( )
10) The Best Week Ever-VH1 (just plain funny!)

We have a LOT of the same shows we both love! I still watch Days of our Lives -- and I have since I was little and my grandma used to watch it! Although sometimes it gets over the top, like the whole Chloe face thing, Sammy/Stan, Marlena's amnesia, etc. The good part of the show is that I can skip weeks (sometimes months and years) and pick up fairly quickly where I left off!
And I am anxiously anticipating the senior trip on Laguna Beach on Monday...yea!
