E-I-E-I Oops

Well, I figured I better update my blog before my dad has another birthday.

We are well into Spring Break. Okay, well I'm not. I'm well into my work week. (Look how many times I've already written the word "well".) I'll blog about Spring Break later, but for now I wanted to blog about Landry's school program last week.

Landry's school's first grade had a school program last Thursday night. It was "E-I-E-I Oops" and was about a barnyard cow that lost its "moo". It was really cute and the kids did a great job. Landry had a solo and did fabulous! It's amazing to me that she has no fear at all on stage--SO opposite of me! Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of her solo because I was video taping, but here are some pics from the performance.

Before the show.....Landry and two of her classmates that were chickens. Obviously, they had far more creative moms.

This is a terrible picture of Korley. I know that. But, there is a reason I'm posting it. We always call Korley, "Korley Q". We always have. In fact, I'm pretty sure she's convinced her name is Korley Q. A couple of weeks ago she got a new Barbie (the one she's holding in this picture) from her teacher at school for no potty accidents all week. I asked Korley what her Barbie's name was and she said, "Barbie Q". Funny girl.

We drove through Lubbock this weekend on the way home from skiing. Thought of you!

That is so cute. I have never heard of it. Maybe Caroline will do it when she gets to first grade at Cooper.
