I just realize that I seem to title a lot of my posts in Spanish--I have no idea why I do this. Or, if you need a translation--no tengo idea.
G-L-A-M-O-R-O-U-S, yeah.....I told Chas that I would post my Glamour Shots. I just got these taken a couple of weeks ago. Likey? Just kidding--I think this is circa 1993. Whenever it was, it should have never happened. I mean, really, even Louise Mandrell gave this look up about 10 years prior to this.
TV shows I'm watching:
Jon and Kate Plus 8--if you haven't seen this yet, you should. It's on Discovery Health and Jon and Kate have twin girls that are 6 AND sextuplets that are 2. How can this not be interesting?!? Their life exhausts me just watching it on tv.
The World Series of Pop Culture--I. HEART. THIS. SHOW! This is the second season of it on VH1 and it is so fun! I would love to have a team and be on this show, but with my luck I would probably get some category like "Stephen King movies" and totally blow it since I haven't seen a scary movie in over 10 years.
Sunset Tan--this show is a train wreck. I don't recommend it, but in some twisted way I guess I'm addicted to train wrecks and can't stop watching.
Food Network--pretty much anything on the Food Network. I really like Everyday Italian; however, it bugs me to death that Giada De Laurentiis puts her fork in her mouth upside down--that's one of my pet peeves! I also like Barefoot Contessa. Not neccesarily as a cooking show, but it's a good show to watch if I want to go to sleep. It's like watching golf--it instantly makes me tired. Her soothing voice and the sound of her blender makes my eyelids very heavy.
Animal Planet--this is not by choice, this is all Landry. She loves, loves, loves animal shows and will pretty much watch anything on Animal Planet. My Tivo has been taken over by old episodes of Crocodile Hunter and Bindi the Jungle Girl.

I watched it all day a couple weeks ago and it was the old one where El Chupacabra won! Have they had this years' on yet?

Heehee, Glamour Shots! I remember back in junior high when everyone was getting them and I begged my mom to let me. Now I am thankful she was too cheap. Of course, I still have the pics of the mile-high bangs to destroy...

I LOVE John & Kate Plus 8! It's one of my favorite shows. I love how John and Kate go back and forth w/ each other.
Seriously, last night, I had my best friend over for a meal, and we were looking at old pictures of me. One being my 1993 Glamour Shot! I will have to post that one soon!

I have not watched the Worl Series of Pop Culture so I suppose I will have to check that out...it sounds like my kind of show.
As for the Glamour Shot, I do not think I was cool enough to get one of those. Thanks for the flash back.
