new stuff

Haven't blogged in a few days, so thought I would add an entry today. Last weekend my dad took our whole family to San Antonio (PopPop, Gigi, Jeff, Landry, and Brady--Lindsay was already there). We had so much fun. Friday, we went to La Margarita. Saturday, Mom, Jeff, Lindsay, Landry, and I walked around downtown and went through some stores. Jeff, Landry, and I got one of those "old-timey" looking pictures made. It was funny. I'll post it later-haven't scanned it in the computer yet. Sunday, we went to church with Lulu and later went to eat and then out for cake for Gigi's birthday. (We did a lot of eating on this trip!!)

This coming weekend is one of my favorite weekends of the year-PONTOON WEEKEND!! This is the weekend we go with my college PiPhi friends to Lake Travis. We rent a pontoon boat and just cruise, float, eat, and laugh all day. It's so relaxing and so much fun. There is always a story or two that gets told or something that happens that till this day makes me laugh when I think about it. The two that come to mind are Erin's story from last year about watching "The Simple Life" with her dad, and the other is when the guy's a couple of years back reinacted a scene from "Silence of the Lambs."--No, I won't go into details about it for all of blogosphere to read, but if you want to know, ask me when you see me.
