Other September and October Happenings.....

We learned *BIG* news on Thursday, Sept. 22.  Our baby #3 is going to be a BOY!  To say we were surprised is a big understatement!  We were totally prepared for it to be a girl.  So, when the doctor said "boy", Jeff and I could not have looked any more bewildered!  

I packaged some blue cotton candy in a pink sack for Korley and blue sack for Landry and told them to open their sack to see what color the cotton candy was to determine the gender of the baby.

Lindsay, Landry, Korley, and I had a girls' night out in early October and went to see Taylor Swift at Cowboys Stadium!

It was Landry and Korley's first concert!  Honestly, Landry was ho-hum about going.  I don't know what she was expecting, but she really wasn't that interested in going.  Korley, on the other hand, was very excited to go!!  

Fortunately, BOTH of them had a lot of fun--and, although it was a late night, they enjoyed it a lot!

See??  Landry ended up getting into it!  :)

Korley drew this picture the following day of Taylor Swift.  She told me this is what she wanted to be for Halloween.  

So, this was our Taylor Swift interpretation.

She LOVED her sparkly pink dress, curly hair, and getting to wear make-up!

We went trick-or-treating with friends in a nearby neighborhood.  Korley's friend, Morgan, was also Taylor Swift.  :)
